Speech analytics: changing the principles of interaction with consumers and increasing their economic efficiency (Microsoft Workshop)

Fonemica co-founder and CEO Igor Basko spoke at Microsoft events on March 10 and 12 dedicated to digital business transformation. Among the participants in the events were the founders of business and IT departments, commercial directors, as well as heads for digital transformation and strategic development.

On March 10, at the workshop “Digital Transformation for Medium and Large Businesses,” the experts, together with the participants, examined the importance and necessity of using digital technologies, and also demonstrated specific solutions. The experts were specialists from Microsoft, the Digital Transformation Agency DT Consulting, and Microsoft partner companies. Igor Basko spoke about the practical application of speech technologies: how speech analytics help businesses make decisions and improve the performance of company business processes.

Igor Basko shared with the participants an examination of how speech analytics changes the principles of interaction between business and consumers, as well as how technology affects the economic efficiency of a business.
