Fonemica Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the Company) undertakes to take the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect the data of potential and existing customers, employees of the Company from unlawful or accidental access to them, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, presentation , dissemination of data of potential and existing customers, employees of the Company, as well as from other illegal actions in relation to data of potential and existing customers, employees of the Company.

The Company undertakes to use confidential information provided or made known to it in the course of interaction with other persons solely and exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling obligations under the concluded agreements, within the limits defined by them.

All information issued to the Company in any form will and will remain the exclusive property of the person who provided it, the data and any copies thereof must be immediately returned to the owner of the information upon written request or destroyed at his discretion.

The Company maintains an equally high degree of confidentiality in order to avoid the disclosure or use of this information, which the Company would respect to a reasonable degree with respect to its own confidential or company secrets of information of the same degree of importance. In the event of circumstances that violate the established regime of commercial secrets or create a threat of violation of such a regime, the Company is obliged to immediately notify the owner of information about such circumstances.

The company is not a personal data operator in accordance with the Federal Law of July 27, 2006. No. 152-ФЗ “On the Protection of Personal Data”.

The data of customers and other third parties are posted in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation - DPC level TIER 3, in the territory of the Russian Federation.

Confidentiality of data transferred to the Company may be disclosed solely on the basis of federal law.
